After submitting your surrogate application, ACRC Global’s intake team reviews your information and helps you understand the next steps in the qualification process. You’ll speak with a dedicated intake team member, review your background and pregnancy history, and begin gathering the information and records needed for screening.

Complete ACRC Global’s online surrogate application to provide basic information about yourself, your pregnancy history, and your interest in becoming a gestational surrogate. This helps our intake team begin reviewing your application and determine the appropriate next steps.
Dedicated Intake and Case Manager
A dedicated ACRC Global team member will guide you through the intake process, answer your questions, help coordinate required information and records, and keep you informed as you move toward screening and matching.

Journey and Pregnancy
During pre-evaluation, ACRC Global’s intake team reviews your background and available pregnancy and medical records and helps coordinate the information needed for the next stage of screening. You may also need clearance from your OB or other medical documentation as part of the evaluation process.
After completing the initial intake and screening steps, eligible surrogate candidates can begin the matching process with intended parents. ACRC Global helps identify potential matches based on each surrogate’s preferences and journey considerations. If both sides are interested, a match meeting is arranged so the surrogate and intended parents can get to know each other and determine whether they feel comfortable moving forward together.
Once matched, ACRC Global continues supporting surrogates as they move through the medical process, pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period. Our team provides ongoing journey coordination, helps answer questions, and works alongside the independent medical and legal professionals involved throughout the surrogacy journey.
