The ACRC Surrogate Bill of Rights outlines the legal, medical, and financial protections available to Gestational Carriers working with ACRC Global. As a professional agency operating under NYSDOH License #GSP220901 and the Child-Parent Security Act (CPSA), ACRC provides independent legal representation, transparent escrow protection, comprehensive Surrogate Benefit Packages (SBP), and coordination with FDA-compliant IVF clinics and experienced Reproductive Endocrinologists.
ACRC prioritizes informed consent, transparent communication, and ethical coordination throughout the surrogacy process. Every Gestational Carrier is supported by experienced case managers, reproductive law professionals, and carefully vetted medical partners.

You are never left to navigate contracts alone. ACRC guarantees that every Gestational Carrier is represented by an independent attorney specializing in reproductive law who advocates solely for her interests throughout the legal process. All legal fees are fully covered by the Intended Parents in accordance with the surrogacy agreement.
ACRC’s Surrogate Benefit Package (SBP) is built on financial transparency and structured milestone-based compensation. To ensure secure and conflict-free fund management, all compensation funds are held in a neutral third-party escrow company before medications begin. ACRC does not use attorney-held escrow accounts.
Every Gestational Carrier retains the right to make informed decisions regarding her own health and medical care. ACRC coordinates exclusively with carefully vetted, FDA-compliant IVF clinics and experienced Reproductive Endocrinologists (REIs) to support safe and medically responsible surrogacy journeys.
Right to a Respectful and Mutual Match
Through ACRC’s Anshin Match process, Gestational Carriers are introduced only to Intended Parents whose expectations, timelines, communication styles, and values align with their own. ACRC prioritizes respectful and mutually supportive matches before any legal agreements are finalized.
Right to Psychological Screening & Support
All Gestational Carriers working with ACRC complete professional psychological screening before matching. Throughout the surrogacy process, ACRC prioritizes informed consent, emotional wellness, and access to ongoing support resources designed to encourage healthy communication and informed decision-making.

Not all surrogacy journeys follow the same standards for legal protection, escrow management, medical coordination, or communication support.
