Variable Costs:
IVF clinic medical procedures, premiums for donor selection above $10,000 (advanced education, modeling background), surrogate base compensation increments above $60,000, and newborn-related hospital delivery costs are not included and incur extra fees.
Eligibility Requirements:
Intended Parents must be 45 years of age or younger.
Must pass clinic semen analysis and DNA fragmentation index (DFI < 21).
IVF clinic must be part of ACRC's established clinical network.
