Conception
A Surrogacy Match occurs when Intended Parents and a Surrogate review each other’s profiles and mutually agree to move forward in getting to know one another. This early phase focuses on learning about each other’s values, communication styles, and family expectations. Both parties also discuss important details such as the number of embryo transfers they are comfortable with, whether they are open to reduction or termination for medical reasons, and the type of relationship they hope to maintain throughout the journey.
A match is considered mutually confirmed when both the Intended Parents and the Surrogate agree to proceed. This agreement is usually reached during the match meeting or within twenty four hours following the meeting.

How Surrogacy Match Works at ACRC Surrogacy
Regular Surrogacy Program
Step 1: Join Surrogacy Program & Profile creation
Step 2: Review ACRC's Surrogate profiles
Step 3:Pre-Qualified Surrogates
Once you confirm participation in our surrogacy program, we will create an Intended Parent profile.
We share 1–3 pre-selected Surrogate profiles that match your preferences.
All Surrogates are pre-screened by our intake and medical record review team.
Step 4: Choose Your Surrogate
Step 5: Meet our surrogate through a Match Meeting
Step 6: Confirm Surrogacy Match & Funding
Select the Surrogate you feel connected with; your Intended Parent profile is shared with her for review.
ACRC hosts a match meeting for you and the surrogate to learn more about each other, align understandings, and compatibility.
Both sides have 24 hours to confirm.
Once matched, you sign the Retainer Agreement and fund escrow.
Express Surrogacy Program
Our Regular Surrogacy Program guarantees a match within six months and most Intended Parents match in approximately four months.
For those who wish to move more quickly, the Express Program offers an expedited timeline.
By choosing the Express Program, you receive a guaranteed match within three months. Most Intended Parents in this program achieve a successful match in about one month.
This option is ideal for families who want to accelerate the process with priority matching support
