Our Surrogate match process is both thorough and compassionate, ensuring that we connect Intended Parents with Surrogates who meet the highest qualifications. All Surrogates are carefully pre-approved, following guidelines set by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), ensuring they are physically and emotionally prepared. Step 1: Initial Consultation

Step 3: Matching Process
Begin your journey by scheduling a complimentary consultation with ACRC. During this session, our dedicated CRM manager will provide comprehensive details about the surrogacy process and guide you in selecting the best-fit surrogacy program tailored to your needs.
Once you’ve selected the most suitable surrogacy program, you’ll sign a Security Deposit Agreement. Depending on your chosen plan, this agreement guarantees a match with a Surrogate within 3 or 6 months. At the same time, we’ll help you set up a dedicated escrow account to manage all future surrogacy-related expenses. Once your security deposit is funded, you’ll officially start the matching process.
During this process, you’ll begin receiving curated Surrogate profiles while we create your Intended Parent profile. Once mutual interest is confirmed, our CRM Manager will schedule a match meeting. Following confirmation, you’ll sign the agency retainer and submit your first installment to the escrow account to officially begin your surrogacy journey.

After matching with your Surrogate, the journey continues with crucial next steps—including medical screenings, legal agreements, and preparation for the embryo transfer process. Our team is with you and your Surrogate throughout each phase, ensuring a smooth, supportive experience on your path to parenthood.

Step 4: Medical Screening

Step 6: Insurance Enrollment
The Surrogate undergoes comprehensive medical screening, which includes physical examinations and psychological evaluations. Coordinated by the IVF clinic selected by you, this screening process determines if the Surrogate is medically cleared for the journey ahead.
Once medical clearance is obtained, ACRC introduces you to experienced fertility attorneys who draft tailored legal agreements. The Surrogate, represented by her own attorney, reviews the contract. Following any necessary negotiations, both parties sign and notarize the final agreement. A legal clearance letter is then issued to the IVF clinic, confirming that all contractual steps have been successfully completed.
Following legal contract finalization, it is mandatory for the Surrogate to enroll in accidental death or life insurance. If the enrollment window is open, Surrogate health insurance is also secured before the legal process concludes, ensuring timely coverage.

Step 7: Embryo Transfer (ET)
Step 8: Beta Tests and Heartbeat Confirmation
Step 9: Monitoring and Graduation
With legal clearance received by the clinic, the surrogate proceeds with the embryo transfer cycle. IVF clinics provide detailed treatment calendars and medication instructions that align with both your schedule and the Surrogate’s needs. ACRC works closely with the IVF clinic and the Surrogate to ensure adherence to the medical protocol, including thorough monitoring throughout the cycle.
Approximately 12 days after the embryo transfer, the Surrogate will undergo a beta test to assess pregnancy progress, followed by heartbeat confirmation about 10 days after the second beta test.
The Surrogate continues her prescribed medication under the IVF clinic’s supervision until she reaches 10–12 weeks of pregnancy. At this stage, she “graduates” from the IVF clinic and transitions to regular prenatal care with her OB.

Around the 12th week of pregnancy, our team notifies your attorney to initiate the process of securing legal parental rights. This step legally recognizes and protects the Intended Parents’ rights, ensuring clarity and security for your future family.
Approximately two months before the due date, ACRC schedules a newborn preparation meeting with you. This meeting details the hospital pickup process and discusses any necessary travel arrangements, ensuring you are fully prepared for the arrival of your baby.
After delivery, the ACRC Team monitors the Surrogate’s OB checkups and mental health while ensuring that all surrogacy-related bills are fully cleared and the escrow account is closed. This ongoing support provides peace of mind for both parties as you both begin a new journey.

At delivery, our team continues to support both you and the Surrogate, ensuring a well-coordinated and smooth transition as your baby arrives home.
